Telescope

Telescope is an instrument that gathers the light and focuses them into an image. The image can be magnified. Telescope is mounted in such a way that it sways from one object to the other.

The ability to gather light to the telescope is dependent on the Aperture. It is a larger primary optics. Then on the optical quality, contrast, and collimation.

The focus property of the telescope is dependent on the collimation, optical quality of the eyepiece and focusing mechanism.

The following characteristic are required to mount a telescope at the minimum level. They are stability, rigidity, and smooth motions.
